Videos for Teacher Education

• See What Science Is All About is a comprehensive video encyclopedia of science information and activities.  This program is especially useful for elementary teachers or middle school science teachers who need assistance in a particular area of science.  The program consists of nine videotapes and a 155 page printed outline.   Tapes can be purchased separately for $79. each or the complete program for $598.   Each program contains about one and one-half hours of information (14 hours of total instruction).  It is presented at two levels:  Introductory and intermediate.  Information is further divided into Earth, Life and Physical Science.   Typically, a teacher might watch a 15 minute segment on a topic like static electricity then use the information and activities shown in her classroom.  The printed outline can be photocopied so teachers don't have to take extensive notes while watching each presentation.  See all the topics covered here!
